This application has been filed by the learned Official Liquidator seeking for dissolution of M/s.Galaxey Goats Limited, the Company under Liquidation under Section 481 of the Companies Act, 1956. The learned Official Liquidator has also sought for consequential reliefs in this application. The learned Official Liquidator has filed a detailed report listing out the details of the winding up and the amount realized by the learned Official Liquidator from and out of the sale of the properties owned by the Company under Liquidation. The learned Official Liquidator's report, dated 27.09.2024 is taken on record. As seen from the same, after disbursement of all pending claims, there remains a balance of Rs.41,33,454.47. Certain expenditure will have to be incurred by the learned Official Liquidator from and out of the sum of Rs.41,33,454.

47, for which, a separate prayer has been sought for in the report filed by the learned Official Liquidator. The learned Official Liquidator has also attempted to settle the claims of contributories but despite the advertisement given by the Official Liquidator, no contributories came forward to lodge a claim with the Official Liquidator.

Liquidator. The company was wound up pursuant to an order passed by this Court in the year 1998.

This Court is satisfied with the report filed by the learned Official Liquidator. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the report, dated 27.09.2024 has to be granted by this Court. Accordingly, the prayer sought for in the report of the Official Liquidator dated 27.09.2024 filed in support of this application is allowed as prayed for and the Company under Liquidation viz., M/s. Galaxey Goats Limited is dissolved as per the provisions of Section 481 of the Companies Act, 1956.
