This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 9 days in filing the revision petition.

2. Learned counsel entered appearance for the respondent expressed that he has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 9 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the main revision petition, if it is, otherwise, in order and further, print the name of Mr.M.Samuel Raja, learned counsel for the respondent in the cause list at the time of admission of main petition.
