C.M.P.No.22764 of 2024 in A.S.No.413 of 2024 is filed by the Appellant seeking extension of time under Section 148 of C.P.C to deposit the amount as per the order passed in C.M.P.No12402 of 2024 in A.S.No.413 of 2024 dated 02.08.2024. The learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that he received the copy of the order only on 29.08.2024.

2. The Petitioner is granted four weeks additional time to deposit the amount.

3. The learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tindivanam is directed to offer remarks regarding the deposit of the amount by the Defendant in O.S.No.23 of 2021 as per the order passed in C.M.P.No.12402 of 2024 dated 02.08.2024.

4. The remarks of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tindivanam shall reach this Court on or before 26.11.2024.

6. Post the case on 27.11.2024.
