Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to cancel the Patta No.9186 dated 11.08.2023 in the name of the 5th respondent issued by the 3rd respondent and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to conduct proper enquiry and issue joint Patta on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2023.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to cancel the Patta No.9186 dated 11.08.2023 in the name of the 5th respondent issued by the 3rd respondent and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to conduct proper enquiry and issue joint Patta on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2023. 2/5

2. Though the writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, it is stated that already a civil suit is pending between the parties and status quo has also been ordered.

3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the pending civil suit. There shall be no order as to costs.
