This petition has been filed to relax the conditions 5(c) viz., the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every alternative days at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 17029 of 2024 in order dated 22.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every first day of English Calender Month for a period of three months.
