ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.148 of 2010, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Mangalamedu Police Station, Perambalur District and quash the same.

2. It is seen from the records that already the petitioner filed a petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8195 of 2012 seeking quashing of the FIR in Crime No.148 of 2010. By order dated 09.04.2012, the petition was dismissed as infructuous on the representation made by the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has already completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the charge sheet filed by the first respondent has been returned for material defects. However, the investigation is completed.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. However, the first respondent is directed to represent the final report before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
