ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 3 herein to produce the detenu - Rajesh Kannan, S/o. Malaiyappan, aged about 22 years, who is illegally detained by the fourth respondent, before this Court and to set him at liberty forthwith, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that detenu has been remanded to judicial custody in Crime No.204/2019 on the file of Chettipalayam Police Station, by the Mahila Court, Coimbatore. 3.In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
