3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended till 12.11.2023, to comply the condition as directed by this Courtin Crl.OP.No.19654 of 2023, by an order dated 01.09.2023, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
