These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 250 days in representing the case papers in SA.SR.Nos.39036 to 39038 of 2021

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed on condition that the petitioner in each miscellaneous petition shall pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only) separately to the Tamilnadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Campus, Chennai on or before 02.03.2023, failing which these miscellaneous petitions shall automatically stand dismissed.

4. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the second appeals, if they are otherwise in order.
