This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.21479 of 2023, by an order dated 19.9.2023 to report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m, and 05.00 pm., until further orders,

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
