ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner forbearing the respondents from constructing the bridge across the petitioner's patta land comprising in Survey No.305/27, Siruvanthadu Village and Survey No.253/4, Motchakulam Village, Villupuram Taluk.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's land situated at Survey No.305/27, Siruvanthadu Village. But the reconstruction of RCC Box Culvert is being carried out in S.No.313, 314/1 and 304/1 of Siruvanthadu Village. There is no construction work carried out in the petitioner's land. Further, there is no necessity to acquire the private lands for reconstruction of RCC Box culvert.
4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
