This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner i.e., the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.20362 of 2023 dated 04.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate XIGobichettipalayam, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the committal and thereafter, once in a month before the learned Sessions Court till the charges are framed and thereafter as directed by the trial Court during the Court hearing dates, except for unforeseen circumstances.
