O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to survey the land in S.No.18/1 of Gidangal Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused, all the materials placed before this Court. 3.

On perusal of records, it is revealed that the subject land which is sought for to be surveyed is noted as municipal park. As per the document No.494/1999 dated 17.05.1999, one, SingaraMuthaliyar S/o Selvaraj has purchased the land comprised in old survey No.18/1 to an extent of 0.75 cents, new survey No.18/8 to an extent of 0.06 cents in Kidangal Village, Tindivanam. This land alone belongs to the petitioner and the information was duly communicated to the petitioner. Therefore, the relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted. As such, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
