Heard Ms.V.Geetha Rani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case has been closed.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Dp 27/11/2019 This Petition having been posted on this day, (18/12/2019) "For Being Spoken to" In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 27/11/2019 and made herein in the presence of the above said advocates, the Court made the following order; https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Today, this matter is posted under the caption 'For being spoken to'.

2. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that when a batch of petitions came to be disposed of, this petition was also inadvertently disposed of on 27.11.2019 recording that the complaint has been closed. However, the complaint happened to be a private complaint.

3. Though the order dated 27.11.2019 is yet to be despatched by the Registry, in view of the aforesaid discussion, it would not be appropriate to permit despatching the order. Accordingly, order dated 27.11.2019 passed in Crl.O.P.No.29908 of 2019 is recalled.

4. Registry is directed to post the matter in regular course before the concerned roster Judge.
