Application No.8142 of 2019 in O.P.No. 738 of 2017 PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J This Application has been filed to extend the time for arbitration proceedings in Arbitration Claim Petition No.2 of 2018 vide O.P.No.738/2017 dated 11.12.2017.

2. Heard both sides. Perused the affidavit and petition.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing on either side that the arbitration proceedings is at the stage of arguments of the respondent for passing an award.

4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Application and also considering the submissions made on either side, this application is allowed and time for arbitration proceedings is extended by four months.
