2. The presence of the contemnor is noted. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents, in unison, submitted that as against the writ petition, a writ appeal was filed in W.A.No.3378 of 2023, wherein, this Court, by Judgment dated 07.12.2023 disposed of the writ appeal, granting six weeks time to the respondents herein to pass suitable orders.

3. Such view of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to pass orders as per the directions of the Division Bench of this Court in the above judgment.
