ORDER

In compliance with the order passed by the Writ Court in WP.No.24729 of 2017 dated 01.02.2023, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has received the subsistence allowance in full and insofar as his revision is concerned, the same has been rejected by the fourth respondent herein.

2. This Court is of the view that if the petitioner is aggrieved over the same, it is always open to him, to challenge the same in the manner known to him under law. As such, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be wilful in nature.
