This petition is filed to transfer the investigation from the file of the fourth respondent to some other agency.
2. The case of the petitioner is that his daughter has committed suicide due to inducement of the collecting agent attached to the finance company should be prosecuted. However, the police has not taken any action against them.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the police has completed the investigation and the investigation indicates that the deceased has already suffering from ailment and she has committed suicide on her own. There was no injury. Refer Charge Sheet is likely to be filed within one week.
4. The perusal of the complaint also indicates that the deceased daughter of the petitioner was suffering from ailment prior to her death and the alleged incident namely abusing the family members of the 2/4
deceased for non payment of the loan, not only to the deceased, but, other members were also present, but, the daughter of the petitioner alone has committed suicide and apparently the alleged demand of repayment was not cause for death.
5. This Court finds no material to entertain the petition for transfer of investigation. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 17.10.2024 Vv To
