The learned counsel for the petitioner however, sought time to verify this aspect.
3. Today when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner still seeks time. This Court is not inclined to grant further time. However, if liberty could be granted to workout his remedy, in case any shortfall or non-payment of refund is reported, his grievance can be redressed.
4. Accordingly, the statement of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the amounts deducted/recovered have already been refunded, is hereby recorded and the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is of the view that there are shortfalls in the payments made, liberty is hereby granted to him to workout his remedy in the manner known to him under law.
