ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for contempt for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P No.30193 of 2019 dated 10.08.2023.

2. It is seen that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court in W.P No.30193 of 2019 dated 10.08.2023, the respondent filed W.A.Nos.3485 and 3486 of 2023 before this Court. The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, modified the order passed by this Court and restricted the claim to the extent of 25% of the backwages alone.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the copy of the order is not yet uploaded and whenever the copy of the order is uploaded, he will settle the entire 25% of the backwages amount.
