This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the connected reports in S.C.No.19 of 2016, on the file of the Mahila Court, Chengalpattu and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard Mr.S.VinothKumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent. Perused the materials available on record.

3. The victim minor girl has given a statement, under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, before the learned Magistrate, implicating the accused for sexual assault. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Hence, this Court is not incline to entertain the instant Criminal Original Petition.

4. Accordingly this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
