Heard Mr. K.Thilageswaran, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. S.J.Mohamed Sathik, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the Respondents to comply with the order dated 09.03.2023 in W.P. No. 7002 of 2023 passed by the Court.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents has produced Letter No. 2671/SE1-1/2023-4 dated 18.12.2023 sent by the First Respondent to the Petitioners showing that the order dated 09.03.2023 in W.P. 2/4

No. 7002 of 2023 passed by the Court has been complied and its copy is placed on record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition, but if the Petitioners still have any grievance to be redressed in the matter, they are not precluded from working out their rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In fine, the Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
