ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the revision preferred by respondents 6 and 7 within a stipulated time.

2. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, taking notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 5, submitted that the second respondent will consider and dispose of the revision preferred by respondents 6 and 7 within a period of four weeks from the date

of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the submission made by learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider and dispose of the revision preferred by respondents 6 and 7 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
