ORDER

Seeking direction to the respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.3 of 2023, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
