Prayer : Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the condition made in Crl.M.P.No.1272 of 2023 on the file of the District and Sessions Court, Mayiladuthurai, dated 26.09.2023 that "(c) After assigning the case property number, the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) as fixed deposit in the name of the petitioner in any nationalized bank and to submit the fixed deposit receipt produce before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mayiladuthurai and after disposal the case to receive the FDR".

This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify the condition made in Crl.M.P.No.1272 of 2023, dated 26.09.2023, on the file of the District and Sessions Court, Mayiladuthurai.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.
