Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to issue directions to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Alandur to re-consider the statutory bail petition submitted by the petitioner on 14.10.2019 under Section 167(2) CrPC numbered as 14246, which was returned by the JM Court, Alandur on 15.10.2019 and grant statutory bail to the petitioner without onerous conditions.

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur to re-consider the statutory bail petition submitted by the petitioner on 14.10.2019 under Section 167(2) CrPC numbered as 14246, which was returned by the JM Court, Alandur on 15.10.2019 and grant statutory bail to the petitioner without onerous conditions.

2.In view of the G.O.(1D)No.433 dated 10.09.2019, restricting the modification of the petitioner and ordered him to reside in the Special Camp, the present application seeking to re-consider the statutory bail petition may not be warranted. Nevertheless, if the petitioner is aggrieved against the Government Order, liberty is granted to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
