PRAYER;This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to forthwith defreeze the Petitioner-s Savings account bearing No.2411667452, IFSC KKBK0000463 maintained with the 3rd Respondent, within such time as may be stipulated by this Honble Court For Petitioner(s):

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents 1 to 3 to forthwith defreeze the Petitioner's Savings account bearing No.2411667452, IFSC KKBK0000463 maintained with the 3rd Respondent.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's Bank account was freezed by the Law Enforcing Agency. Till date, the same was not de-freezed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner made online fraud. There are three complaints were registered against the petitioner and investigation is going on. At this stage, the petitioner's account could be de-freezed.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Admittedly, there are three complaints made as against the petitioner and charge sheet has been registered before the concerned Courts. Pending criminal cases, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

7. In the result, the writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
