2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as Mr.S.Vinoth Kumar, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the case is ended in aquittal on 06.03.2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate Paramathi, Namakkal District, in C.C.No.37 of 2017.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
