This petition is filed to condone the delay of 43 days in filing the above revision. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

3.M/s.S.Viji, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has got no objection in allowing this petition but she has got serious objection in the main revision which she will be submitting at the time of admission.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
