The petitioner/accused seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.252 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(a), 4(1-A), 4(1)(h) of TNP Act.

2. It is stated that on 16.06.2023, the respondent received information about sales of ID Arrack before TASMAC Shop, A2 and A3 tried to run away, but, A2 was secured. It was found that he was in possession of 20 litres of ID Arrack and 10 Nos of 180 ml Golden Choice brandy. It was also found that they were selling ID Arrack.

3. In view of that particular fact, since earlier anticipatory bail petitions had also been dismissed and there is no change in circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
