Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to exercise the powers vested upon the other respondents under Section 133 of Criminal Procedure Code and to pass orders on the petition filed under Section 133 of Criminal Procedure Code dated 13.11.2017 and to demolish the dilapidated building as early as possible and prevent any loss to human lives and property.
