This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No.6(iii) in Crl.M.P.No.7749 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8838 of 2023 dated 07.06.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, while granting bail to the petitioner herein, had directed him to report before the respondent, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Thereafter, the above said condition was modified by the order of this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7749 of 2023, dated 07.06.2023 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Friday, at 10.30 a.m., until furthers. He further submitted that now the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. The petitioner is running business in UAE and in view of carrying out his professional duties, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. In view of the above, the condition 6(iii) of the order in respect of this petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7749 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8838 of 2023 dated 07.06.2023 alone modified as follows:- "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, i.e. The Assistant Director, Directorate of Enforcement, Chennai Zonal Office-1, once in a month, on the first Friday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
