This petition has been filed to relax the condition on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24311 of 2022 order dated 06.10.2022 in Crime No.173 of 2022 i.e., that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
