This Criminal Original Petition is filed for direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Hosur to expedite the trial in C.C.No.17 of 2021. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that out of 9 witnesses, the prosecution has so far examined 6 witnesses and 1/4

for the remaining witnesses, the matter been adjourned from time to time without any progress.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the case is posted to 18.10.2024 for examination of LW.7 to LW.9 and undertakes to marshal the witnesses on that day.

In view of the above undertaking, this Court directs the respondent police to marshal the remaining witnesses on the next hearing date and cooperate with the completion of the trial. 5.

With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
