ORDER
This Original Petition is filed to call for the entire records concerned in C.C.No.4 of 2010 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal, Namakkal District and quash the same.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that out of 124 witnesses 108 witnesses have already been examined before the trial court and the trial is at the ending stage. At this stage quashing of entire case is non-admissible and the petition is liable to be dismissed.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner appearing through video conferencing seeking permission of this Court withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
