ORDER

This application has been filed under Section 29 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking for extension of further time to complete the pending proceedings in Arbitration No.4 of 2023 before the sole arbitrator.

Heard Mr.Karthikeyan Sekar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for respondent. 3.

On going through the order passed by the learned Arbitrator on 10.07.2025, it is seen that the matter is at the stage of oral arguments and by then, the mandate came to an end. Therefore, the learned arbitrator has directed the parties to obtain extension of time from this Court.

Considering the above, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate for the completion of arbitration proceedings within a period of three months from today.

This application is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
