The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120 B, 379, 403, 406, 420 IPC, in Crime No.321 of 2019, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners stated that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Thus, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 3.It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent that the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate - II, Kallakurichi, vide E-filing No.LTN20220002715C202300002.

4.The petitioners will have to necessarily approach the concerned Court, if they are shown as absconding accused. Anticipatory bail petition would not lie. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
