This petition is filed to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the above revision. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.
3.Mr.L.Mouli, learned counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent and Mr.V.J.Priyadarsana, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the 2nd respondent and they have no objection in allowing this petition.
4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
5. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order, print the name of the learned counsel for the respondents and list the same for admission on 07.11.2024.
