This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the order dated 01.02.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.2141 of 2023 in Crime No.486 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 24.11.2023 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
