ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent, to conduct fresh investigation in Crime No.710 of 2016.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.710 of 2016 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.51 of 2017. He further submitted that initially, the FIR was registered for offence under Section 457, 387, 506(i) and 328 IPC, thereafter, altered to Section 447, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC.

3.In view of filing of charge sheet in Crime No.710 of 2016 and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.51 of 2017, nothing survives in this petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. If at all, any grievance, the petitioner/complainant may approach the trial Court with proper materials by invoking Section 319 of CrPC. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
