Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to call for the records in respect of the FIR in Cr.No.374/2024 dt 12.07.2024 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.374 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent, registered for the offence under Sections 341 & 447 of IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet was filed before the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on 21.12.2024. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 26.03.2025 : Yes/No Speaking/non-speaking order kkd
