ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the look-out notice issued by the fourth respondent in Crime No.870 of 2022, based on the representation dated 31.08.2024, sent on 03.09.2024.

2. From the records, it reveals that the petitioner is arrayed as A2 and he is involved in various offences under Sections 8(c), 22(b), 25, 17(a), 28 and 29(1) of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS Act).

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that the investigation is almost over and the charge-sheet is yet to be filed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and as the chargesheet is likely to be filed shortly, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief as prayed for in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
