ORDER
This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to issue direction to the respondents particularly, fifth respondent Viz., 5. The Registrar, The Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R.Medical University, to allot Registration number to the petitioner and issue hall ticket and permit the petitioner to participate/attend the Phase-I MBBS University Examination scheduled to commence from 25.08.2025 pending disposal of the writ petition.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's admission was cancelled by the second respondent and the same is challenged in the main writ petition. It is the further submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 30.04.2025, 2/6
the petitioner was permitted to attend the classes and she has been attending the classes since then. The learned counsel further submits that though the petitioner has got sufficient attendance, the petitioner is denied to write examinations to be conduced from 25.08.2025.

At this juncture, Mrs.M.Sneha, learned Special Counsel appearing for the second and fifth respondents would submit that if the petitioner have the eligible attendance, she may be permitted to write examinations, however, her results will be withheld subject to outcome of the writ petition. But it is the submission of the petitioner that she has got required attendance and has eligibility to write the exam.
4. In view of the above submissions, this Court finds prima facie case in favour of the petitioner. Hence, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the fifth respondent to allot a Registration number to the petitioner and issue a hall ticket and permit the petitioner to participate/attend the Phase-I MBBS University examination scheduled to be commenced from 25.08.2025 subject to the availability of required minimum attendance as provided under the NMC Regulations. It is also made clear that the fifth 3/6
respondent is at liberty to withhold the result of the petitioner and this order is subject to the outcome of the writ petition. The petitioner also cannot claim any equity out of this order.
5. Accordingly, this WMP is ordered. No costs. Post the main writ petition on 29.08.2025.
