The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 12.04.2018 in W.P.No.8772 of 2018 has been 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Cont.P.No.1982 of 2019 complied with. This Court directed the authorities to reconsider the issues with reference to amended Rule 11 of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978 for the purpose of counting 50% of the services. Now that the Full Bench also delivered a judgment on these issues and based on the judgments, the respondents have taken a decision and passed an order. This being the factum, the respondents have not committed any contempt willfully. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
