Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to pass Orders on the Representation of the Petitioner dated 13.04.2017 within a time frame as fixed by this Court, thereby direct the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct Jallikattu at Nehru Stadium in the month of May 2017.
