JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mrs.Akshaya Ramadurai, learned counsel for the appellant, Mr.R.Ramanlal, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondent No.1 and Mr.K.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel for respondent No.3.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General submits that the bank guarantee given by the present appellant is accepted by the first

respondent. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the contract agreement has not yet been entered. The learned Additional Advocate General submits that the contract agreement would be consequential of accepting the bank guarantee and that the same would be executed during the course of time.
