ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to cause mutation in the revenue records pertaining to the Residential Flat No.1, First Floor, Aishwaryam Royal, of a built up area of 835 sq.ft together with 560 sq.ft of undivided share in the land in premises bearing Plot Nos.32 and 32-A, III Main Road, Banu Nagar, Ambattur, Chennai - 600 053 by transferring the entries from the name of late M.L.Gunasekaran, to and in favour of the petitioner pursuant to her representation dated 11.03.2019. 2. The flat in question has been bequeathed in favour of the petitioner by her brother under Will dated 13.12.2014. She has become the absolute owner of the said property after her brother's demise. Her representation to make mutations in the revenue records is yet to be considered. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.
3. Mr.K.Suresh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and M/s.P.T.Ramadevi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second and third respondents submitted that necessary action will be taken on the representation given by the petitioner.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the first and second respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.03.2019, conduct a detailed inquiry, after giving due notice and opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits, in accordance with law, by observing the above principles of natural justice, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations and directions. No costs.
