This petition is filed seeking a direction to the investigating agency to N.SESHASAYEE, J.

CRL.O.P.No.24743 of 2024 kas complete the investigation in the matter. The case indeed was registered in Crime No.5 of 2023.

2.Dr.C.E.Pratap, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submits that after investigation into the alleged crime, the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti Corruption has decided to drop on the further action in the matter, and circulated a communication from the Director of V & AC to the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Chennai. The said statement is recorded.
