Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to survey the lands of the petitioner in S.Nos.262/2 and 262/3 to an extent of 2.19 Acres, situated at Mallikundam Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District based on her applications dated 20.11.2023, 19.06.2024 and 21.09.2024 respectively. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to survey her land situated in S.Nos.262/2 and 262/3 with an extent of 2.19 acres, at Mallikundam Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District, by considering her online applications dated 20.11.2023 and 19.06.2024. 2/5

It is the case of the petitioner that she acquired right over the above mentioned property situated in S.Nos.262/2 and 262/3 at Mallikundam Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District, under a registered sale deed dated 03.10.2013. Thereafter, she filed an application seeking survey of the above mentioned land and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that in the online application filed by the petitioner, she has given a wrong Survey No.263/3.
4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, she is directed to file a fresh online application giving correct survey number of the properties namely survey number Nos.262/2 and 262/3 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If any such application is filed and necessary charges are also paid by the petitioner, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass final order within a further period of 8 weeks thereafter, after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner, private respondents 5 to 8 and other interested parties. 3/5
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
