This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.30/2023 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that on completion of investigation, it was found that the complaint is filed as mistake of fact. Hence, the said complaint has been closed and RCS notice was served on the defacto complainant on 06.03.2023.

3. In the light of the above facts, nothing survives in this petition. Hence this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy based on the RCS notice.
